I live a little nomadically, with deep Midwest roots (go Bears) and an unwavering devotion to iced lattes and Diet Coke with lime. I believe in slowing down, staying present, and honoring moments as they naturally unfold. Emotionally steady and creatively feral, here to hold the space so you don’t have to.
