I’m Linz! a Chicago-area girl who eventually found her way to the Florida coast, with a camera in hand. Art has been a driving factor in my ability to connect with humans on a more personal level. When words have hit a hard point for my over active brain, I've found photography and music to be a common ground in communication.  I’ve always been drawn to photographs for what they hold beyond the image itself: the people we love, the places we came from, the seasons of life we thought would last. Being able to return to a photograph years later and still feel the weight of a hand on your shoulder, hear someone’s laugh, or remember exactly who you were in that room. That fascination with memory, family, lineage, and the strange little wonder of being alive is at the heart of how I photograph.

Today, I photograph weddings for people who feel the same way about their own stories. I’m less interested in manufacturing perfect moments than I am in creating the trust and space for real ones to unfold. My work is rooted in connection, intention, and curiosity, with an appreciation for both the composed and unscripted. Whether I'm photographing along the Florida coast, back in Illinois, or somewhere entirely new, I want your photographs to feel unmistakably yours: thoughtful, honest, a little nostalgic, and full of the people and moments that made this chapter worth remembering.
