Some couples leave a lasting imprint on my heart, and Halee & Tyler are definitely one of them. I had the absolute joy of capturing their wedding day, and now, getting to photograph them again—this time, just for the fun of it—was such an incredible full-circle moment.

But what made this session even better? Their sweet pups joined in on the fun! Because honestly, is there anything more heart-melting than a couple in love, wrapped in golden fall light, with their furry best friends trotting alongside them? (Spoiler: Nope.)

We met up at Veterans Acres in October, when the trees were just starting to turn, and the air had that crisp, sweater-weather feel. The whole session was effortless—full of laughter, puppy snuggles, and the kind of love that just feels easy and real.

There’s something really special about photographing past wedding clients in their post-wedding bliss. The pressure is gone, the “big day” is behind them, and all that’s left is the love they’ve built together. These moments—the ones that happen after the vows, after the dress, after the party—these are the ones that truly matter.
